多院區(qū)住院總醫(yī)師培養(yǎng)模式的實踐探索

【摘 要】 住院總醫(yī)師制度是選拔并培養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)人才的重要途徑。為適應(yīng)多院區(qū)發(fā)展需要,滿足日益增長的人才發(fā)展需求,探討建立了多院區(qū)管理模式下的住院總醫(yī)師準入-考核-培訓(xùn)-反饋培養(yǎng)模式,為住院總醫(yī)師的成長搭建平臺,為醫(yī)院住院總醫(yī)師培養(yǎng)提供參考。

Abstract The chief resident physician system is an important way to select and train academic talents. In order to adapt to the development needs of multi-campus and meet the growing demand for talent development, a training mode of chief resident physician admittance, assessment, training and feedback under the multi-campus management mode was explored and established, which built a platform for the growth of chief resident physician and provided a reference for the training of chief resident physician.
