開放教育和職業(yè)教育協(xié)同發(fā)展研究

［摘 要］在回顧陜西開放大學(xué)辦學(xué)歷史的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了開放教育與職業(yè)教育間的差異、目前兩者協(xié)同發(fā)展中存在的問題，并在梳理了開放教育與職業(yè)教育兩者不同的辦學(xué)定位和發(fā)展目標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上，提出了促進(jìn)兩者協(xié)同發(fā)展的策略。

Abstract：On the basis of reviewing the history of The Open University of Shaanxi， we analyze the differences between open education and vocational education， the current problems in the synergistic development of the two.We put forward the strategies to promote the synergistic development of the two on the basis of sorting out the different schooling orientation and development goals of open education and vocational education.

引言：辦學(xué)歷史回溯

陜西省廣播電視大學(xué)成立于1979年2月，主要為“十年文革”耽擱的青年開展高等學(xué)歷補(bǔ)償教育；1986年開辦普通?？瓢嘟逃?，為提升高等教育入學(xué)率做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)；1996年開辦“注冊視聽生”教育，探索“免試入學(xué)”、“寬進(jìn)嚴(yán)出”的辦學(xué)模式；1999年實(shí)施“人才培養(yǎng)模式改革和開放教育試點(diǎn)”項(xiàng)目，探索現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開放教育；2010年適應(yīng)構(gòu)建終身教育體系和建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會的需要，廣播電視大學(xué)開始向開放大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型，2020年陜西廣播電視大學(xué)更名為“陜西開放大學(xué)”。（剩余8149字）
