微型純電載貨物流車后減振器對(duì)板簧疲勞壽命影響研究

摘 要:本文主要研究微型載貨物流車后減振器對(duì)后鋼板彈簧疲勞壽命的貢獻(xiàn)度,通過(guò)技術(shù)手段檢測(cè)有無(wú)后減振器時(shí)板簧的振動(dòng)頻次,最后通過(guò)路試分別驗(yàn)證有無(wú)后減振器時(shí)板簧的實(shí)際壽命。本文為微型載貨物流車基于整車成本考慮是否需要搭載后減振器提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the contribution of the rear shock absorber of the mini truck to the fatigue life of the rear leaf spring. The vibration frequency of the leaf spring with or without the rear shock absorber is detected by technical means. Finally, the actual life of the leaf spring with or without the rear shock absorber is verified by road test. This paper provides reference experience for micro cargo logistics vehicle to consider whether it needs to carry rear shock absorber based on vehicle cost.

1 引言
隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,電商平臺(tái)像雨后春筍般崛起,而消費(fèi)者從各大電商平臺(tái)選購(gòu)的物品需要快遞運(yùn)送到消費(fèi)者手里,而各大城市及鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的快遞終端便是快遞車,為了兼顧物品運(yùn)送的靈活性,目前很多快遞站點(diǎn)選擇的是三輪車,此類三輪車出于成本和短距離送貨考慮,只是配備了鋼板彈簧,沒(méi)有配后減振器。(剩余1557字)
