養(yǎng)殖場自制有機(jī)肥品質(zhì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析研究

【摘要】從2020年開始篩選金堂縣轄區(qū)內(nèi)的五家養(yǎng)殖場，分別對各養(yǎng)殖場的自制有機(jī)肥中有機(jī)質(zhì)、總氮、總磷、總鉀、微量元素以及對重金屬和抗生素類殘留進(jìn)行分析研究。此研究主要為地方監(jiān)管部門對轄區(qū)內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖場自制有機(jī)肥的監(jiān)管提供參考建議，為自制有機(jī)肥產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)范化管理提供技術(shù)支撐。

Study on the Quality and Risk Analysis of Homemade Organic Fertilizer in Aquaculture Farms

Abstract： Since 2020， five breeding farms within the jurisdiction of Jintang County have been selected for analysis of the organic matter， total nitrogen， total phosphorus， total potassium， trace elements， heavy metals， and residual antibiotics in their homemade organic fertilizers. This study provides reference and suggestions for local regulatory departments to monitor the homemade organic fertilizers of breeding farms within their jurisdiction and provides technical support for the standardized management of the homemade organic fertilizer industry.

從2020年開始，金堂縣農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局為了摸清轄區(qū)內(nèi)蛋雞和生豬養(yǎng)殖場的自制有機(jī)肥品質(zhì)等級(jí)、重金屬和抗生素殘留的情況，篩選轄區(qū)內(nèi)的5家大型的養(yǎng)殖場進(jìn)行有機(jī)肥的品質(zhì)和質(zhì)量安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測，監(jiān)測周期為三年，針對五家養(yǎng)殖戶每年進(jìn)行一次抽樣，抽取樣品均為養(yǎng)殖場自制有機(jī)肥。（剩余6456字）
