【摘要】為準(zhǔn)確檢測不同種類食品中的農(nóng)藥殘留含量,切實保障消費者的食品安全,本文系統(tǒng)梳理了不同種類質(zhì)量控制方式對食品中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測的影響,以期為檢測機(jī)構(gòu)在質(zhì)量控制方案的選擇上提供理論支撐,確保檢測的準(zhǔn)確性。

Abstract:In order to accurately detect the pesticide residue content in different types of food and effectively ensure the safety of consumers’ tongues, this article systematically reviews the impact of different types of quality control methods on pesticide residue detection in food, in order to provide theoretical support for testing institutions in selecting quality control plans and ensure the accuracy of testing.
