計量檢定壓力表的常見問題分析

【摘要】本文首先對壓力表儀器結構進行介紹，針對檢定規(guī)程所需檢定的步驟進行分析，然后針對日常工作中出現(xiàn)的問題給出解決方法，從而能夠分析壓力表整個檢定過程中出現(xiàn)的技術問題。嚴格依據(jù)理論從實際工作出發(fā)，分享壓力表計量檢定工作中出現(xiàn)問題的解決方案。

Common Problems in Analyzing Metrological Calibration Pressure Gauges

Abstract： This article first introduces the structure of the pressure gauge instrument， analyzes the steps required for calibration in the calibration regulations， and then provides solutions to the problems that arise in daily work， so as to comprehensively introduce the technical issues in the entire calibration process of the pressure gauge. Strictly based on theory and starting from practical work， share solutions to problems in pressure gauge calibration work.

1壓力表具體計量檢定內(nèi)容

1.1壓力表外觀及內(nèi)部構造檢查

在對壓力表進行相關檢定之前，檢定人員首先要仔細檢查壓力表的外觀，重點觀察其外形有無變化、外觀有無破損痕跡、玻璃表面有無破裂裂紋、壓力表指針有無松動、外觀漆面有無光滑度等。（剩余4305字）
