【摘要】本文簡要介紹了市級計量技術(shù)機構(gòu)在計量標(biāo)準建立時技術(shù)報告的撰寫，計量檢定和校準證書、報告的出具，計量標(biāo)準建立，CNAS實驗室認可，計量比對，能力驗證，計量標(biāo)準器證書確認等方面不確定度的應(yīng)用，以及在應(yīng)用不確定度時的注意事項，對實驗室提升管理質(zhì)量具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。

Application of Uncertainty in Municipal Metrology Technical Institutions

Abstract： This article briefly introduces the application of uncertainty in various aspects such as the writing of technical reports on the establishment of measurement standards， the issuance of measurement verification and calibration certificates， the establishment of measurement standards， CNAS laboratory recognition， measurement comparison， capability verification， and the confirmation of measurement standard certificate by municipal metrology technology institutions， as well as the precautions for applying uncertainty. It has practical guiding significance for improving the management quality of laboratories.
