線束電源端子電化學(xué)腐蝕淺析

【摘 要】文章通過線束電源端子常見的電化學(xué)腐蝕現(xiàn)象,從腐蝕機(jī)理入手進(jìn)行研究,并在實(shí)際發(fā)生的故障問題上進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,制定優(yōu)化對(duì)策。因線束電源端子直接影響到電器功能與性能,分析電化學(xué)腐蝕的機(jī)理和規(guī)避方法很有意義,也希望為后期的線束電源端子的布置設(shè)計(jì)提供一些簡(jiǎn)單的指導(dǎo)。

Analysis of Electrochemical Corrosion of Wire Harness Power Terminals

【Abstract】This article focuses on the common electrochemical corrosion phenomena of wire harness power terminals,starting from the corrosion mechanism,and ultimately verifies and develops optimization strategies based on actual fault problems. Due to the direct impact of wiring harness power terminals on the functional performance of electrical appliances,it is meaningful to analyze the mechanism and avoidance methods of electrochemical corrosion,and also provide simple guidance for the layout design of wiring harness power terminals in the later stage.
