乘用車防火墻隔聲性能影響因素研究

【摘  要】防火墻總成由防火墻鈑金件、內(nèi)外前圍飾件組合而成，是整車聲學(xué)包中最主要的部件之一，用于隔絕發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中高頻噪聲傳遞。內(nèi)外前圍覆蓋于防火墻鈑金上，用以進(jìn)一步提升其吸隔聲性能。文章重點(diǎn)對防火墻隔聲性能影響因素進(jìn)行分析研究，對提升整車聲學(xué)性能有指導(dǎo)作用。

Research on Factors Affecting the Sound Insulation Performance of A Passenger Car Firewall

【Abstract】The firewall assembly is composed of firewall sheet metal parts and inner and outer front wall trim parts. It is one of the most important components in the vehicle's acoustic package and is used to isolate the transmission of high-frequency noise from the engine. The inner and outer front walls are covered on the sheet metal of the firewall to further improve its sound absorption and insulation performance. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the factors affecting the sound insulation performance of firewalls，which provides guidance to vehicle noise performance.
