【摘  要】本文結(jié)合某液壓馬達轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器失效的故障案例，通過對液壓馬達轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器的失效樣品進行特性檢測、實物拆檢分析、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場調(diào)查等一系列措施，由淺及深地剖析并最終確定了液壓馬達轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器故障的根本原因，提出改進優(yōu)化方案，為其他零部件的設(shè)計與故障分析提供參考。

【Abstract】This article combines a failure case of a certain hydraulic motor speed sensor，and through a series of measures such as characteristic testing，physical inspection analysis，and production site investigation of the failure sample of the hydraulic motor speed sensor，analyzes and ultimately determines the root cause of the hydraulic motor speed sensor failure from shallow to deep，proposes improvement and optimization plans，and provides reference for the design and fault analysis of other components.
