商用車ESC傳感器多布置場(chǎng)景信號(hào)解析與驗(yàn)證

【摘 要】主要闡述基于三軸加速度傳感器的商用車ESC傳感器工作原理,對(duì)整車環(huán)境下ESC傳感器的多種布置場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)各布置場(chǎng)景梳理傳感器信號(hào)解析的方案后完成實(shí)車測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,為智能駕駛及線控底盤開發(fā)過程獲取整車姿態(tài)的需求提供一種解決方案。

【Abstract】This paper describes the working principle of commercial vehicle ESC sensor based on triaxial accelerometer,and analyzes the multiple layout scenarios of ESC sensors in the vehicle installation environment. For each layout scenario,the sensor signal analysis scheme is sorted out and the verification based on real vehicle test is completed. It provides a solution for acquiring the vehicle attitude requirements during the development of intelligent driving or chassis by wire.
