基于Moldflow的保壓優(yōu)化改善塑料制品的翹曲變形

【摘要】通過(guò)Moldflow軟件進(jìn)行注塑模擬仿真,分析汽車空調(diào)面板裝飾圈的翹曲變形,在Moldflow軟件中通過(guò)優(yōu)化保壓改善塑料制品的變形,再由模流分析軟件的參數(shù)指導(dǎo)零件的實(shí)際注塑生產(chǎn),達(dá)到首次試模得到變形滿足要求的制品。

[Abstract] By injection molding simulating with Moldflow software,we analyzed the warpage deformation of the trim ring of automobile air conditioning panel,optimized the pressure-holding in Moldflow software to improve the deformation of plastic parts,and then guided the actual injection molding production of the parts by the parameters of Moldflow analysis software,to achieve the first test mold to get the products with deformation meeting the requirements.
