摘  要：城鄉(xiāng)排水管網(wǎng)工程是保障排水安全、城鄉(xiāng)水環(huán)境治理質(zhì)量的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，因其摸底難度大、影響范圍廣、施工周期長等特點(diǎn)，導(dǎo)致工程投資控制面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)排水管網(wǎng)工程各階段的投資控制方式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究，為城鄉(xiāng)排水管網(wǎng)工程的從業(yè)人員提供參考。

Abstract： Urban and rural drainage network project is an important infrastructure to ensure the safety of drainage and the quality of urban and rural water environment treatment. Because of its difficult to find out， wide range of influence， long construction period and other characteristics， the project investment control is faced with great challenges. This paper makes a systematic study on the investment control mode of each stage of urban and rural drainage pipe network project， in order to provide reference for the employees of urban and rural drainage pipe network project.
