數(shù)字化采集型器械性能的全面評(píng)價(jià)方法與規(guī)范化檢測(cè)手段研究

摘 要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)行檢定過程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏嚴(yán)密性和人工判讀結(jié)果精度不高的問題,該文以現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全覆蓋為基本目標(biāo),提出智能自動(dòng)化的新型專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。智能化、自動(dòng)化的指標(biāo)檢測(cè)以程控工裝結(jié)合波形自動(dòng)識(shí)別/計(jì)算算法輸出檢測(cè)結(jié)果為手段,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度測(cè)量結(jié)果可復(fù)現(xiàn)性。

Abstract: In view of the lack of strictness of the current verification process standards and the low accuracy of manual interpretation results, this paper puts forward a new professional standard of intelligent automation with the basic goal of full coverage of the existing standards. Intelligent and automatic index detection is by means of program-controlled tooling combined with automatic waveform recognition/calculation algorithm to output test results, so as to achieve the reproducibility of high-precision measurement results.

現(xiàn)代數(shù)字化生物電采集處理類器械檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏嚴(yán)密性,數(shù)據(jù)在檢定過程受檢測(cè)人員個(gè)人測(cè)量方式和計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)影響很難保證在精度范圍內(nèi)的統(tǒng)一,尤其是微弱的生物電信號(hào)會(huì)受到不可抗力的周圍電磁場(chǎng)干擾,使檢定結(jié)果的可靠性大大降低。(剩余8010字)
