塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)
摘 要:該文探討塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產(chǎn)線的研發(fā)過程,分析產(chǎn)線的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)與電氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方面,設(shè)計(jì)上料機(jī)構(gòu)和理料機(jī)構(gòu)。在電氣系統(tǒng)方面,該產(chǎn)線采用先進(jìn)的控制技術(shù)和智能化設(shè)備。該文的研究不僅為塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論支持和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),還為其他類似產(chǎn)線的研發(fā)提供參考。

Abstract: This paper explores the research and development process of the plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line, and analyzes the design scheme of the mechanical structure and electrical system of the production line. In terms of mechanical structure, the feeding mechanism and material handling mechanism are designed. In terms of electrical system, the production line adopts advanced control technology and intelligent equipment. The research of this paper not only provides theoretical support and practical experience for the design of plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line, but also provides reference for the research and development of other similar production lines.
