基于PLC控制的氧傳感器緊固防錯(cuò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘 要:為提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)離線工位扭矩控制,引入PLC控制系統(tǒng),并通過PLC控制系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件部分的設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建離線工位的PLC螺栓緊固防錯(cuò)系統(tǒng)。以某車型汽車氧傳感器緊固為例,通過PLC控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,提高扭矩控制質(zhì)量和緊固數(shù)據(jù)追溯可行性,為保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract: In order to improve the product quality and strengthen the torque control of the offline station, the PLC control system is introduced, and through the design of the hardware and software of the PLC control system, the PLC bolt fastening error prevention system of the offline station is constructed. Taking the oxygen sensor fastening of a certain type of vehicle as an example, through the application of PLC control system, the quality of torque control and the feasibility of fastening data traceability are improved, which lays a foundation for ensuring product quality and improving enterprise economic benefits.
