爐排爐協(xié)同處置飛灰技術探討

摘 要:由于傳統(tǒng)的飛灰處理主要方式就是穩(wěn)定化+填埋,存在著成本高、對環(huán)境污染風險大等諸多問題。因此,有必要找到一種新的飛灰處理方式。該文通過分析爐排爐通過增加富氧燃燒設備協(xié)同處置飛灰技術的可行性和經(jīng)濟性,為同類型項目技改和新項目設計提供參考。

Abstract: As the traditional fly ash treatment is mainly stabilized and landfill, there are many problems, such as high cost, high risk of environmental pollution and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way to deal with fly ash. This paper analyzes the feasibility and economy of grate furnace by increasing the technology of collaborative disposal of fly ash by oxygen-enriched combustion equipment, so as to provide reference for technical renovation and new project design of the same type of project.

隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和國民生活水平的提高,垃圾焚燒發(fā)電已經(jīng)成為生活垃圾無害化處理的主流,產(chǎn)生的飛灰量也逐年增加,傳統(tǒng)的飛灰處理方式就是穩(wěn)定化+填埋,存在成本高及對環(huán)境污染風險大等問題,因此找到一種新的飛灰處理方式就顯得很有必要。(剩余4676字)
