航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)渦輪葉片溫度測(cè)量修正方法研究

摘  要:文章介紹了熱電偶溫度測(cè)量技術(shù),探討三種傳熱方式對(duì)熱電偶渦輪葉片壁面溫度測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響,研究測(cè)量結(jié)果偏離被測(cè)點(diǎn)溫度機(jī)理。綜合考慮三種傳熱方式,建立熱電偶溫度測(cè)量熱平衡模型。根據(jù)計(jì)算式建立熱平衡方程組,求解被測(cè)點(diǎn)溫度,獲得溫度測(cè)量修正方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the temperature measurement technology of thermocouple is introduced, the influence of three heat transfer modes on the wall temperature of thermocouple turbine blade is discussed, and the mechanism of temperature deviation from the measured point is studied. Considering the three heat transfer modes comprehensively, the heat balance model of thermocouple temperature measurement is established. According to the calculation formula, a set of thermal equilibrium is established, the temperature of the measured point is solved, and the correction method of temperature measurement is obtained.
