焊機(jī)輸出端電纜線(xiàn)壓降對(duì)焊接參數(shù)的影響研究

摘要：通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接電源輸出端電纜線(xiàn)上不同位置的電壓降進(jìn)行測(cè)量，并將測(cè)量值與電纜線(xiàn)電壓降理論計(jì)算值進(jìn)行對(duì)比驗(yàn)證，從而定性地分析焊接電源輸出端使用較長(zhǎng)電纜線(xiàn)時(shí)電壓降的大小是否超過(guò)焊接參數(shù)所允許的誤差范圍，分析引起電壓降的原因，從而為工藝人員在編制焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書(shū)時(shí)提供參考。

Study on the influence of output cable voltage drop on welding parameters

Abstract： Through the production site of welding power output end cable on different positions of the voltage drop measurement， and the measured value and cable voltage drop theoretical calculation value of comparison verification， so as to qualitatively analyze the welding power output end using a long cable voltage drop size is greater than the welding parameters allow error range， analyze the causes of voltage drop， so as to provide reference for the process personnel in the preparation of welding process guidance.
