20CrMnTiH鋼滲碳齒輪彎曲疲勞性能研究

摘要:利用掃描電鏡、金相顯微鏡、疲勞試驗機和硬度計等測試手段研究20CrMnTiH鋼滲碳齒輪彎曲疲勞性能。研究表明:20CrMnTiH鋼滲碳齒輪主要沿齒根部位斷裂。隨著載荷的增加,彎曲疲勞壽命降低,當載荷在50~100kN時,齒輪疲勞壽命增加數(shù)倍,建議生產應用在此范圍載荷內能發(fā)揮該材料最佳性能。

Research on bending fatigue performance of 20CrMnTiH steel carburized gear
Abstract: The bending fatigue performance of 20CrMnTiH steel carburized gears are investigated by the research utilizing scanning electron microscope (SEM), metallographic microscope, fatigue testing machines, and hardness testers. The results show that these gears predominantly fracture along the root area of the teeth. As the load increases, the bending fatigue life of the 20CrMnTiH carburized gears decreases. When the load reaches 50~100kN, the gear fatigue life increases several times. It is recommended that the material be used in production within this range of loads to maximize its performance.
