小模數(shù)齒輪離子滲氮層深均勻性研究

摘要:探討了爐壓對小模數(shù)齒輪離子滲氮齒根層深均勻性的影響。結(jié)果表明:低爐壓時(shí),齒根滲氮層較淺,不能形成連續(xù)的滲氮白亮層,采用飽和硫酸銅溶液侵蝕會出現(xiàn)銅色沉積。隨著爐壓提高,齒根滲氮層深提高,表面滲氮白亮層連續(xù),當(dāng)爐壓提高到680Pa時(shí),齒根滲氮層深達(dá)到節(jié)圓層深的87%,滲氮層均勻。

Study on deep uniformity of ion nitriding layer of small modulus gear
Abstract: The effect of furnace pressure on the depth uniformity of small modulus gear root was studied during ionic nitriding. The results show that at low furnace pressure, the nitriding layer of tooth root is shallow, and continuous nitriding white layer can not be formed, and copper color deposition will occur when saturated copper sulfate solution is used to erode it. With the increase of furnace pressure, the depth of tooth root nitriding layer increased, and the surface nitriding white layer was continuous. When the furnace pressure increased to 680Pa, the depth of tooth root nitriding layer reached 87% of the depth of pitch layer, and the nitriding layer was uniform.
