【摘要】目的：探討協(xié)同護理干預(yù)對慢阻肺患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取70例慢阻肺患者，研究開展時間為2021年1月—2022年12月，在隨機數(shù)字表法的指導(dǎo)下將患者分為兩個小組，每組35例。常規(guī)護理的實施對象選擇對照組，協(xié)同護理的實施對象選擇觀察組。比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組的規(guī)律作息率、遵醫(yī)囑服藥率和保持良好心態(tài)率高于對照組（P0.05）；護理后，兩組生活質(zhì)量評分都升高（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of collaborative nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected，and the study was conducted from January 2021 to December 2022.Under the guidance of a random number table，the patients were divided into two groups，with 35 cases in each group.The implementation objects of routine nursing were selected as the control group，and the implementation objects of collaborative nursing were selected as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The rates of regular work and rest，medication adherence according to medical advice and maintaining a good mindset in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the quality of life scores of both groups increased （P
