【摘要】目的：分析針灸聯(lián)合益氣舒筋湯治療頸肩腰腿痛的效果。方法：選擇2021年1月—2023年1月期間臨澤縣中醫(yī)醫(yī)院針灸科收治的120例頸肩腰腿痛患者，結(jié)合抽簽法將其分為兩組：對照組（n=60，常規(guī)治療）和研究組（n=60，針灸聯(lián)合益氣舒筋湯治療）。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療后，研究組疼痛評分低于對照組，治療后半年內(nèi)的發(fā)作率低于對照組，康復(fù)總有效率高于對照組，頸肩腰腿功能評分顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yiqi Shujin Decoction on neck，shoulder，waist and leg pain.Methods：From January 2021 to January 2023，120 patients with neck，shoulder，waist and leg pain who were admitted to the acupuncture and moxibustion department of Linze County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots：the control group （n=60，conventional treatment） and the study group （n=60，acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yiqi Shujin Decoction）.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group，the incidence rate within six months after treatment was lower than that of the control group，the total effective rate of rehabilitation was higher than that of the control group，and the neck，shoulder，waist and leg function scores were significantly better than those of the control group （P
