【摘要】目的：分析腹腔鏡下微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療胃十二指腸穿孔的療效及對胃腸功能恢復(fù)的影響。方法：選取2022年5月—2023年5月我院接收的100例胃十二指腸穿孔患者。將患者分為兩組，各50例，開腹組接受開腹胃十二指腸穿孔修補術(shù)，腹腔鏡組接受腹腔鏡下胃十二指腸穿孔修補術(shù)。對比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：腹腔鏡組手術(shù)時間與住院時間均短于開腹組（P
