【摘要】目的：探究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化分診流程在發(fā)熱門(mén)診管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選擇2020年5月—2023年5月在我院發(fā)熱門(mén)診就診的300例發(fā)熱患者作為研究對(duì)象，用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組150例。對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)分診流程，實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化分診流程，比較兩組的病區(qū)管理工作質(zhì)量評(píng)分以及滿意度評(píng)分。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組的病區(qū)管理工作質(zhì)量評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；實(shí)驗(yàn)組的護(hù)理態(tài)度、就診效率及候診感受評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of standardized triage process in fever outpatient management.Methods：300 fever patients who visited our fever clinic from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental groupusing the random number table method，with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine triage procedures，while the experimental group implemented standardized triage procedures.The quality of ward management work and satisfaction scores between the two groups were compared.Results：The quality scores of ward management work in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group，with a statistically significant difference （P0.05）；The nursing attitude，treatment efficiency and waiting experience scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group，with a statistically significant difference （P
