【摘要】目的：分析心臟彩超聯(lián)合頸動(dòng)脈超聲在冠心病診斷中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選擇我院于2020年3月—2023年3月期間收治的78例冠心病患者及同期78例健康體檢者，所有人員均接受心臟彩超與頸動(dòng)脈超聲檢查，對(duì)診斷效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：冠心病患者射血分?jǐn)?shù)、左室舒張末期內(nèi)徑、左室收縮末期內(nèi)徑、Tei指數(shù)、斑塊積分以及斑塊厚度均明顯高于健康體檢者，心臟彩超聯(lián)合頸動(dòng)脈超聲診斷準(zhǔn)確率明顯高于單一檢查方式，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical application value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods：78 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023，as well as 78 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected.All personnel underwent cardiac ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasoundexaminations，and the diagnostic results were evaluated.Results：The ejection fraction，left ventricular end diastolic diameter，left ventricular end systolic diameter，Tei index，plaque score and plaque thickness of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those of healthy individuals undergoing physical examination，and the diagnostic accuracy of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound combined with carotid artery ultrasound was significantly higher than that of single examination method，with statistical significance （P
