營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持小組工作模式下的孕期體重管理對(duì)孕婦孕期體重增長(zhǎng)及妊娠結(jié)局的影響

【摘要】目的：探索營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持小組工作模式下的孕期體重管理對(duì)孕期體重增長(zhǎng)及妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法：選取2022年1月—2022年12月在濱?？h人民醫(yī)院初次分娩符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例孕婦。隨機(jī)將其分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組，各60例。比較兩組孕婦體重管理的配合度、孕期體重增長(zhǎng)、并發(fā)癥及妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，試驗(yàn)組體重管理的配合度更高，體重增加更為合理，妊娠期高血壓、妊娠期糖尿病等妊娠并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率更低，巨大兒及新生兒窒息的發(fā)生率均更低，且上述差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of pregnancy weight management under the working mode of a nutrition support group on pregnancy weight gain and pregnancy outcome.Methods：120 pregnant women who gave birth for the first time in Binhai County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 60 cases in each group.The compatibility of weight management，pregnancy weight gain，complications and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the experimental group had a higher degree of cooperation in weight management，more reasonable weight gain，lower rates of pregnancy complications such as gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus，and lower rates of both macrosomia and neonatal asphyxia，and the above differences were statistically significant （P
