【摘要】目的：評(píng)價(jià)健康教育在社區(qū)老年人慢病管理中的作用及對(duì)策。方法：選取本社區(qū)服務(wù)中心轄區(qū)內(nèi)的88例慢性病患者。按照隨機(jī)編碼分組原則分組。對(duì)照組（44例）采用系統(tǒng)慢病管理，觀察組（44例）采用以社區(qū)為中心的一體化健康教育。比較兩組干預(yù)前后生活質(zhì)量以及服藥依從性。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，兩組社會(huì)功能、物質(zhì)生活、心理功能和軀體功能評(píng)分均較干預(yù)前上升（P

Analysis of the role and strategies of health education in the management of chronic diseases among elderly people in the community

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the role and strategies of health education in the management of chronic diseases among elderly people in the community.Methods：88 chronic disease patients within the jurisdiction of our community service center were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random coding grouping.The control group（44 cases） adopted systematic chronic disease management，and the observation group（44 cases） adopted community-based integrated health education.The quality of life before and after intervention and medication compliance between the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，the scores of social function，material life，psychological function and physical function in both groups increased compared to before intervention （P
