【摘要】目的：探討家庭康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)脊柱骨折患者身心健康及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：此次實(shí)驗(yàn)共選取102例脊柱骨折患者進(jìn)行研究分析，采取盲抽方式進(jìn)行分組，對(duì)照組與觀察組各51例患者，前者沿用常規(guī)護(hù)理模式，后者實(shí)施家庭康復(fù)護(hù)理，對(duì)兩組實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者SAS、SDS以及生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分對(duì)比基本無(wú)差異表現(xiàn)（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，觀察組SAS和SDS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量各維度評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of home rehabilitation nursing on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients with spinal fractures.Methods：A total of 102 patients with spinal fractures were selected for research and analysis in this experiment，and they were divided into groups by blind sampling，with 51 patients in the control group and51 patients in the observation group.The former followed the conventional nursing mode and the latter implemented home rehabilitation nursing，and the practical application effects of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results：There was no significant difference in SAS，SDS and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）；After nursing，the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the various dimensions of quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group （P

脊柱骨折作為骨科常見(jiàn)疾病，在外力的作用下引起的脊柱骨質(zhì)有斷裂，連續(xù)性中斷，患者會(huì)表現(xiàn)為局部的疼痛，并且活動(dòng)受限，嚴(yán)重的可能會(huì)伴隨有脊髓神經(jīng)損傷，會(huì)出現(xiàn)癱瘓、感覺(jué)的異常、大小便的異常，或者是功能的障礙，對(duì)此還需及時(shí)展開(kāi)治療，為提高康復(fù)效果，還應(yīng)配合針對(duì)性護(hù)理服務(wù)。（剩余3793字）
