【摘要】目的：研究一體化急救與院內(nèi)預(yù)見性護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用于嚴(yán)重創(chuàng)傷患者中的效果。方法：選取60例嚴(yán)重創(chuàng)傷患者，救治時(shí)間為2023年1月—2023年8月，按照雙色球法以1：1比例分組，均30例，其中對(duì)照組和觀察組分別行傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)傷急救和一體化急救與院內(nèi)預(yù)見性護(hù)理。比較兩組急救效果。結(jié)果：觀察組完成檢查時(shí)間、急診到手術(shù)時(shí)間及有效救治時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異明顯，P

The impact of integrated first aid and predictive nursing intervention in the hospital on the treatment effect of severe trauma patients

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of integrated first aid and in-hospital predictive nursing intervention in patients with severe trauma.Methods：60 patients with severe trauma were selected and treated from January 2023 to August 2023，and they were divided into two groups according to the bicolor ball method in a 1：1 ratio，with 30 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group received traditional trauma first aid and integrated first aid and in-hospital predictive nursing，respectively.The first aid effects between the two groups were compared.Results：The completion examination time，emergency to operation time and effective treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，the difference was obvious （P
