【摘要】目的：分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病護理管理中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取2021年5月—2022年6月180例糖尿病患者，將其分為兩組，各90例。對照組采用常規(guī)健康教育模式為糖尿病患者進行護理，觀察組采用全程健康教育模式為患者進行護理，比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者護理總有效率明顯高于對照組，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組，護理后的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（P2hBG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbAlc）和生活質(zhì)量評分均優(yōu)于對照組，差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application value of the whole process health education model in the nursing management of diabetes.Methods：180 patients with diabetes from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups，with 90 patients in each group.The control group used the routine health education model for nursing diabetes patients，and the observation group used the whole process health education model for nursing patients.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group，and the fasting blood glucose （FPG），postprandial 2-hour blood glucose （P2hBG），glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc） and quality of life scores after nursing were better than those in the control group，with significant differences （P
