溫針灸聯(lián)合循經(jīng)取穴推拿在腰椎間盤突出癥患者中的應用

【摘要】目的：探討溫針灸與循經(jīng)取穴推拿相結合對腰椎間盤突出患者的影響。方法：篩選80例來源于我院2021年1月—2022年12月這一特定時間段內的腰椎間盤突出癥患者。采用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分成兩組：對照組（溫針灸，n=40）和觀察組（溫針灸聯(lián)合循經(jīng)取穴推拿，n=40）。觀察和比較兩組患者的治療效果。結果：治療前，組間中醫(yī)證候積分、視覺模擬評分（VAS）和腰椎活動度的數(shù)值均衡（P>0.05）；治療后，觀察組中醫(yī)證候積分和VAS評分低于對照組，腰椎活動度高于對照組（P

Application of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage along meridians in patients with lumbar disc herniation

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of combination of warming acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint massage along meridians on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods：80 patients with lumbar disc herniation from our hospital during the specific period of January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.Randomized number table was used to divide the patients into two groups：The control group （warm acupuncture and moxibustion，n=40） and the observation group （warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage along the meridians，n=40）.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results：Before treatment，the values of TCM syndrome scores，visual analogue scale （VAS） and lumbar spine range of motion were balanced between the groups （P>0.05）；After treatment，the TCM syndrome score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the lumbar spine range of motion was higher than that of the control group （P
