【摘要】目的：探討持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)在我院院感質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：我院2021年1月—2021年12月期間實(shí)施常規(guī)院感管理，2022年1月—2022年12月期間基于持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)實(shí)施院感質(zhì)量管理，選擇40名工作人員作為研究對(duì)象，比較兩組院感知識(shí)知曉率、工作滿意度及感染控制質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：改進(jìn)后工作人員院感知識(shí)知曉率為97.50%，高于改進(jìn)前的72.50%（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the quality management of hospital infection in our hospital.Methods：From January 2021 to December 2021，routine hospital infection management was implemented in our hospital，and from January 2022 to December 2022，based on continuous quality improvement，hospital infection quality management was implemented.40 staff members were selected as the research subjects，and the awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge，job satisfaction and infection control quality between the two groups were compared.Results：The awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge among staff after improvement was 97.50%，which was higher than 72.50% before improvement （P
