【摘要】目的：研究在糖尿病腎病（DN）患者護(hù)理中應(yīng)用奧倫自理模式的效果。方法：選取本院接收的72例DN患者（2022年7月—2023年7月），按照數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分組，對(duì)照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理（n=36），觀察組采用奧倫自理模式（n=36），對(duì)比與分析兩組患者干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，兩組患者各項(xiàng)代謝指標(biāo)均改善，且觀察組代謝指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of Orem’s self-care mode in nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）.Methods：A total of 72 patients with DN received by our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method.The control group received routine nursing （n=36），and the observation group used Orem’s self-care mode （n=36）.The intervention effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results：After intervention，the metabolic indexes in both groups were improved，and the metabolic indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P
