【摘要】目的：探析綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)對老年糖尿病患者睡眠障礙改善作用。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2023年1月期間78例老年糖尿病患者，通過隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分組方式將其劃分為觀察組和參考組，參考組施行常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組施行綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)，對比兩組患者的指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組各項(xiàng)PSQI評分相較參考組明顯更低，差異具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)價(jià)值（P

糖尿病是內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)疾病，而老年糖尿病患者在病程、身體應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、心理狀態(tài)的影響下，易發(fā)生睡眠障礙，如未進(jìn)行及時干預(yù)，長期睡眠障礙可進(jìn)一步增加患者血糖波動幅度和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率[1]，嚴(yán)重降低患者生活質(zhì)量，影響患者康復(fù)效果。（剩余4426字）
