【摘要】目的：分析左氧氟沙星聯(lián)合頭孢哌酮舒巴坦治療老年肺炎的療效及對(duì)患者肺功能的影響。方法：對(duì)本院2021年1月—2022年12月期間收治的80例老年肺炎患者進(jìn)行觀察，隨機(jī)分組，各40例。對(duì)照組采用頭孢哌酮舒巴坦治療，觀察組采用左氧氟沙星聯(lián)合頭孢哌酮舒巴坦治療。對(duì)比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組肺功能、炎性水平與治療總有效率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of elderly pneumonia and its impact on lung function in patients.Methods：80 elderly pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were observed and randomly divided into two groups，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam，and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sulbactam.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the lung function，inflammatory levels and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences （P
