【摘要】目的：探究心理護(hù)理對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦分娩結(jié)局以及心理狀態(tài)的影響。方法：根據(jù)入組序號(hào)劃分2022年6月—2023年6月在本院產(chǎn)科進(jìn)行陰道試產(chǎn)的100例初產(chǎn)婦，對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理聯(lián)合心理護(hù)理，比較兩組自然分娩率、不良分娩結(jié)局、SAS評(píng)分以及SDS評(píng)分。結(jié)果：觀察組自然分娩率高于對(duì)照組，不良分娩結(jié)局發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of psychological nursing on the delivery outcome and psychological state of primiparous women.Methods：According to the enrollment number，100 primiparous women who underwent vaginal trial delivery in the obstetrics department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided.The control group received routine care，while the observation group received routine care combined with psychological care.The natural delivery rate，adverse delivery outcomes，SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups were compared.Results：The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes was lower than that of the control group （P

妊娠以及分娩對(duì)女性而言是一種生理現(xiàn)象，但是存在應(yīng)激性，女性需要逐漸適應(yīng)身體外形以及身份信息的變化，加上妊娠和分娩期間的激素水平影響，初產(chǎn)婦對(duì)分娩醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)了解的不充足等因素，均是引起一系列心理障礙的主要原因，影響分娩的結(jié)局和順利性[1]。（剩余4409字）
