【摘要】目的：觀察慢性膽囊炎合并膽囊結(jié)石保守治療效果。方法：選取本院2021年7月—2023年7月接收的80例慢性膽囊炎合并膽囊結(jié)石患者，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組，對(duì)照組40例應(yīng)用膽石片治療，觀察組40例行復(fù)方膽通膠囊聯(lián)合消炎利膽片治療。比較兩組患者臨床療效。結(jié)果：觀察組結(jié)石排出時(shí)間與治療時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，治療總有效率與治療滿意度均高于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；治療后，觀察組臨床癥狀積分均低于對(duì)照組（P
