保護(hù)動(dòng)機(jī)理論在腦卒中患者康復(fù)護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】目的：探討基于保護(hù)動(dòng)機(jī)理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)腦卒中患者康復(fù)效果的影響。方法：選取2021年3月—2023年3月我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院的74例腦卒中患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（常規(guī)護(hù)理）和研究組（基于保護(hù)動(dòng)機(jī)理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)），干預(yù)持續(xù)6個(gè)月。干預(yù)前后評(píng)估兩組生存質(zhì)量、自我效能以及神經(jīng)功能。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組SSEQ及NIHSS評(píng)分比較無(wú)顯著差異（P>0.05）；干預(yù)后及干預(yù)后3個(gè)月，研究組SSEQ、NIHSS及各項(xiàng)生存質(zhì)量評(píng)分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

Analysis of the Application of Protection Motivation Theory in Rehabilitation Nursing of Stroke Patients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory on the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.Methods：74 stroke patients admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （routine care） and the study group （nursing intervention based on protection motivation theory），and the intervention lasted for 6 months.The quality of life，self-efficacy，and neurological function of the two groups were assessed before and after the intervention.Results：Before the intervention，there was no significant difference in SSEQ and NIHSS scores between the two groups （P>0.05）；After the intervention and 3 months after the intervention，the SSEQ，NIHSS and various quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the control group （P
