【摘要】目的：觀察在踝部骨折術(shù)后患者護理中實施以活動性疼痛護理評估為基礎(chǔ)的疼痛管理方法所取得的應用效果。方法：選取接受手術(shù)治療的踝部骨折患者（2019年10月—2023年1月）80例，隨機分為對照組（常規(guī)疼痛護理）和觀察組（以活動性疼痛護理評估為基礎(chǔ)的疼痛管理），各40例。比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：護理后，觀察組疼痛評分及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對照組，觀察組生存質(zhì)量評分、舒適度評分、踝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分以及護理滿意度高于對照組（P
