心理護(hù)理聯(lián)合預(yù)見性護(hù)理在上消化道出血患者中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：探討心理護(hù)理聯(lián)合預(yù)見性護(hù)理在上消化道出血患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選擇2021年9月—2023年2月我院收治的上消化道出血患者68例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（預(yù)見性護(hù)理）與觀察組（預(yù)見性護(hù)理聯(lián)合心理護(hù)理），各34例，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，相較于對(duì)照組，觀察組負(fù)面情緒評(píng)分更低，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分更高，止血時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間更短，出血次數(shù)更少，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率更低，差異明顯（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the application value of psychological nursing combined with predictive nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods：A total of 68 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （predictive nursing） and the observation group （predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing），with 34 cases in each group.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，compared to the control group，the negative emotional scores of the observation group were lower，the quality of life scores were higher，the hemostatic time and hospital stay were shorter，bleeding frequency was fewer，and the complication rate was lower，with significant differences （P
