【摘要】目的：探討糖尿病腎病所致尿毒癥患者行維持性血液透析治療的護(hù)理體會(huì)。方法：抽取我院收治的40例糖尿病腎病患者，均經(jīng)維持性血液透析治療，根據(jù)隨機(jī)分組的方法分為兩組，對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組的SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，各項(xiàng)健康知識(shí)知曉評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing experience of patients with uremia caused by diabetes nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods：Forty patients with diabetes nephropathy were selected from our hospital，all of whom were treated with maintenance hemodialysis.According to the method of random grouping，they were divided into two groups，the control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.
