【摘要】目的：研究絕經(jīng)婦女取環(huán)術應用米索前列醇聯(lián)合利多卡因治療的效果。方法：研究對象選取我院于2019年1月—2022年5月收治的67例絕經(jīng)取環(huán)患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法分組，對照組（33例）給予米索前列醇治療，治療組（34例）在對照組基礎上加用利多卡因，對比兩組圍術期指標、取環(huán)成功率及宮頸軟化效果。結果：治療組軟化有效率為94.12%（32/34）較之對照組的72.73%（24/33）更高（P

Effect of misoprostol combined with lidocaine in the treatment of menopausal women undergoing ring removal
