【摘要】目的：淺析心理護(hù)理聯(lián)合康復(fù)護(hù)理指導(dǎo)在乳腺癌患者術(shù)后的應(yīng)用效果。方法：研究時(shí)間：2021年1月—2021年12月間；研究對(duì)象：70例乳腺癌手術(shù)患者；分組：采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組（應(yīng)用心理護(hù)理聯(lián)合康復(fù)護(hù)理指導(dǎo)）與對(duì)照組（給予常規(guī)康復(fù)護(hù)理），各35例，評(píng)價(jià)兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，焦慮情緒評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the applied value of mental nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing guidance after operation of breast carcinoma. Methods： 70 breast carcinoma patients treated from January 2021 to December 2021 in our hospital were investigated. According to random number table，patients were assigned to observation group （n=35，mental nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing guidance） and control group （n=35，routine rehabilitation nursing）.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated. 乳腺癌是常見的婦科惡性腫瘤類型，發(fā)病年齡逐漸趨于年輕化，臨床認(rèn)為乳腺癌根治術(shù)或改良根治術(shù)是有效治療方法，但手術(shù)范圍廣泛，患者術(shù)后會(huì)伴隨上肢功能障礙、乳房缺失，而術(shù)后康復(fù)功能鍛煉可幫助患者改善活動(dòng)功能障礙，預(yù)防并發(fā)癥[1-2]。（剩余3915字）
