TDF抗病毒治療乙肝肝硬化代償期合并糖尿病的效果及安全性分析

【摘要】目的：探討在乙肝肝硬化代償期合并DM治療中，TDF抗病毒治療的臨床效果與安全性。方法：選取我院接診的乙肝肝硬化代償期合并DM患者30例，分為對(duì)照組與觀察組，分別給予恩替卡韋與TDF，對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后血糖、肝功能指標(biāo)變化以及臨床效果與安全性。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組血糖指標(biāo)FPG低于對(duì)照組，肝功能指標(biāo)ALT、TBIL、ALB檢測結(jié)果低于對(duì)照組，總有效率為100.00%高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of TDF antiviral therapy in the compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with DM.Methods：30 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensatory stage complicated with DM received in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group.They were given entecavir and TDF respectively，and the changes of blood glucose，liver function indexes，clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.
