維持性血液透析患者實(shí)施血管通路專項(xiàng)護(hù)理的效果分析

【摘要】目的：觀察血管通路專項(xiàng)護(hù)理在維持性血液透析治療患者中的護(hù)理應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取院內(nèi)維持性血液透析治療患者80例，采用數(shù)字隨機(jī)法實(shí)施分組，每組病例數(shù)相同。探究組采取血管通路專項(xiàng)護(hù)理，基礎(chǔ)組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，對比兩組護(hù)理滿意度、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、護(hù)理前后患者負(fù)性情緒評分與生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果：探究組護(hù)理滿意度與基礎(chǔ)組對比明顯較高（P0.05），護(hù)理后，探究組負(fù)性情緒評分與基礎(chǔ)組對比明顯更低，具備指標(biāo)差異性（P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application value of special vascular access nursing in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
