煉油廠汽油加氫裝置中的管式混合器泄漏問(wèn)題研究

摘 要:鑒于某煉油廠汽油加氫裝置在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,管式混合器發(fā)生的幾次器壁泄漏情況,對(duì)容器內(nèi)介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)采用Fluent軟件模擬分析其器壁受力情況,同時(shí)對(duì)汽油加氫裝置靜態(tài)混合器腐蝕因素進(jìn)行綜合分析,從而減少因混合器泄漏而帶來(lái)的非計(jì)劃停工。

Study on Leakage of Tubular Mixer in Gasoline Hydrogenation unit of Refinery

Abstract: This study introduces the leakage of the generator wall of the tubular mixer several times in the production process of the gasoline hydrogenation unit of a refinery. The flow state of the medium in the container is simulated and analyzed by FLUENT software. At the same time, the corrosion factors of the static mixer of the gasoline hydrogenation unit are comprehensively analyzed, so as to reduce the unplanned shutdown caused by the leakage of the mixer.
