棗瘋病病原的鑒定及致病機理研究

摘 要：棗瘋病在我國普遍發(fā)生，會造成棗園（棗樹）減產(chǎn)甚至絕產(chǎn)，嚴重威脅我國棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本文從形態(tài)學及分子生物學認知分類、活體培養(yǎng)保藏、檢測鑒定、致病機理共4個維度，系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了1947年以來國內(nèi)對棗瘋病病原的研究，以期為今后棗抗病品種的培育、特效專效農(nóng)藥及綠色防控新技術(shù)的研發(fā)提供參考。

Studies on the Identification and Pathogenesis of Jujube Witches’ Broom

Abstract： Jujube witches’ broom （JWB） is a widespread disease in China， leading to reduced or even complete loss of yield in jujube orchards， posing a severe threat to the healthy development of the jujube industry in China. This paper systematically summarized and evaluated the research on the pathogen JWB in China since 1947 from four aspects： morphological and molecular biological identification， live culture preservation， detection and identification， and pathogenic， to provide a reference for the future development of disease-resistant varieties， specific and effective pesticides， and new technologies for green control.
