論高職院校房產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)設計實現(xiàn)

摘 要：以包頭職業(yè)技術學院為例，重點分析了房產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求，設計系統(tǒng)總體功能模塊及數(shù)據(jù)庫表單，明確數(shù)據(jù)表邏輯關系，提出采用先進的前后端分離的體系架構模式，給出了系統(tǒng)主要功能的現(xiàn)實代碼，總結了系統(tǒng)設計的特色。本文將為高職類院校房產(chǎn)管理實現(xiàn)信息化建設提供參考。

On the Design and Realization of Real Estate Management Systemin Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Taking Baotou Vocational & Technical College as an example，the paper analyzes the business needs of the real estate system，design the overall system function and database form，define the logical relationship of the data form，put forward the advanced architecture model of front and end separation，give the realistic code for the main functions of the system and conclude the features of the design，which provides reference for the real estate management in vocational college to realize the information construction.

在國家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的背景下，高職院校迅速發(fā)展，截止2023年，教育部統(tǒng)計高職類高校已有1545所，數(shù)量已占到普通高等學校的一半。（剩余8936字）
