摘 要：在機械設(shè)備中，減速器的應(yīng)用對保障設(shè)備安全可靠運行具有重要意義。為從根本上延長減速器設(shè)計的全壽命使用周期，需要做好減速器主要部件的裝配以及調(diào)整工作。文章針對此問題，分析減速器主要配件裝配要點，提出減速器主要部件的調(diào)整技術(shù)，以供參考。

Assembly and Adjustment Technology of Vertical Shaft Reducer

Abstract：In mechanical equipment，the application of reducer is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of equipment.In order to extend the whole life cycle of the reducer design fundamentally，the relevant staff need to do a good job in the assembly and adjustment of the main components of the reducer.In view of this，this paper analyzes the assembly points of the main parts of the reducer，and puts forward the adjustment technology for reference.

在煤炭開采設(shè)備中常需要低速、大扭矩與不同傳動方向的設(shè)備，而電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速一般都在1800r/min以上，要滿足低速、大扭矩與不同傳動方向的開采要求，勢必就需要通過齒輪減速器的減速、增加扭矩和改變動力輸出方向的作用來實現(xiàn)。（剩余3419字）
